To register on Mistiq-Club, the user must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. The user is required to complete all mandatory fields and is responsible for all information provided during registration. Registration is free!

2. Username and Password

The subscriber may change their password at any time, and our service may track this change. If the user forgets their password, a new one can be quickly sent to the registration email by clicking on “new password,” entering the username and real registration email.

In case of lost credentials, members are encouraged to report it immediately so they can be invalidated and replaced.

To use the services:

• Register on the site with a username and password to activate the free service.
• Other users can contact the new user once the profile is complete.
• Search options are available via the "search" section, with filters such as age, photos, and online users.

Available features include:

• Upload up to 25 photos to your profile.
• Send a "like" as a default way to break the ice.
• View all photos of some profiles quickly and casually.
• See all profiles that have viewed your profile via the “visits” section.
• You can only see the sender of a received message; to reply, a subscription is required.
• Block users to stop receiving messages from them.

Mistiq-Club is not responsible for user behavior or compatibility. You acknowledge that Mistiq-Club does not screen users, investigate their background, or verify their information. The site may create test accounts to monitor services.

Interactions with other users: You are solely responsible for using the service, including all risks related to online and offline interactions. Exercise caution when communicating with strangers who wish to meet.

Mistiq-Club is not responsible for errors, slander, lies, vulgarity, pornography, or any offensive content you may encounter.

Be cautious with your card details; the site is not liable for damage caused by card information misuse.

4. Subscription Plans

Our platform operates based on compatibility between accounts, which is tied to your subscription plan. You must have the same subscription level as another user to contact them.

• Quartz: Chat/messages with all upgraded users.
• Saphir: Chat/messages with all upgraded users, cam service with "Rubis" users, and view "Diamant" or "Illimité" users.
• Diamant: Chat/messages with all upgraded users, cam service with certain users, but cannot view "Saphir" users.
• Illimité: Full chat/cam access with other "Illimité" users, but cannot view "Saphir" or "Diamant" users.

This plan includes a surprise for exclusive users (women).

No automatic renewals or hidden fees.

5. Premium User Benefits

• Unlimited calls and chat requests.
• Unlimited video chat service.
• Send and receive messages even if the recipient is limited.

Our support is available for any profile-related issues.

All services mentioned above are paid. Premium members should be aware that some services require active subscriptions to access.

6. Paid Services

• Registration is free.
• You can delete your profile at any time.
• Some features are paid.
• Subscriptions cannot be upgraded by just paying the difference. Full price is required.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your profile at any time by accessing the "Delete Profile" section. Clicking it will immediately delete the profile and all associated data. To delete your account, go to Account Preferences -> click “Delete Account.”

8. Copyright

All content on our service, including logos, photos, animations, videos, and graphics, is protected and may not be copied or used on other services. Users may not download, print, or reproduce any content from our service.
